METS & Media RDF removed

Dear all,

as discussed today in the teleconf, i have removed METS and Media RDF from the ontology document. The only occurrence of them is in the Status section (formats at risk). I have added a note, that both have been excluded before CR.

Things i have changed:
 * Added exclusion note in Status section
 * Removed corresponding lines of table in Section 1.1.1
 * Removed Subsections and aligned subsection numbering of section 5.2.2.x
 * Removed citations
