Re: inconsistencies in the ID3 mapping table

Hi Thierry,

I do not have the rights to commit the changes, so I attach the new version.

I implemented all the changes suggested in my previous mail, with three 
changes:

** moved TIT3 from description to title (I forgot to mention that in my 
previous mail, but I already implemented it in my examples)

** link to ISO 639-2 is to the official page (library of congress) 
instead of wikipedia

** add TMOO as more specific match for 'keyword' (was not present in 
2.3, but is clearly a good match in 2.4)
