I am not a GPS expert but here may take.

<exif:GPSLatitude>53,29.0048N</exif:GPSLatitude>
<exif:GPSLongitude>10,9.5553E</exif:GPSLongitude>

I guess it translates into decimal as
53.483413
10.159255
