I agree that in some cases, during the summer (break) many potential 
reviewers don't write reviews (It other cases some have the time to do 
so while the WG is running slow).

If we ping during the summer, and remind that the review has ended on 
july 6th, groups should respond ASAP. If we extend to end of august, it 
will delay more the responses.
