I can not either come in March. However I could rearrange my travel for Feb 17-18,

Dear all,

 

Unfortunately the new date is not very suited for me. If the meeting is planned earlier that week it would be ok, I  am leaving on an (already booked) skiing trip on March 5th so I need to leave at March 4th the latest. 

(Feb 17-18 would also be ok for me)

 

Of course there is no need to find a new date if I am the only one that can't make it.

Folks, 

Happy new year...!

As subject, I'd like to confirm the next MAWG schedule in Korea, meeting venue is almost decided and will be posted on the mailing list soon. 

Regarding the meeting date, the original proposal was Feb. 24-25, but unfortunately another schedule is duplicated in the meeting place.

Please do let me know your view on the alternative immediately.

Mar 3-4 (1st week of Mar)

Note: Feb 17-18 is also doable, but not preferable due to Korea lunar holiday in same week...
