looks very good! Some small points:

In the table  in sec. 1.1, maybe change the "Example" column to "Example property".

à Done.


Change "The choice of properties is motivated by their wide usage." to "The choice of properties is motivated by the level of usage."

à Done.

General: We need to separate the references into normative and non-normative references.

à I agree. What is the pivot for classifying between normative and non-normative references?

Dear all!

A first draft for an abstract and an introduction can be found in [1]. Due to my cvs account problems, Wonsuk reflected my changes to this document. Thanks for that!

Short summary:
- dropped section 1.1 (purpose) because at the moment i think it would only repeat the things stated in the intro and abstract. Perhaps we need it in a later version
- copied formats in scope from the ontology document (actually Wonsuk copied it due to my cvs account problems)

It would be nice, if everybody could review this parts and add comments. This is only a starting point, that we should improve.
