Re: Please answer Questionnaire Survey of Mapping Formats for the Media Annotation.

We had two problems with the questionnaire:  the questions seriously 
overlap (or seem to); and the formats we care about and are heavily 
used (notably iTunes) aren't mentioned.

Nonetheless, we'll do what we can...
