Regrets as I have a business meeting starting at 10 am. 

I reviewed the requesed survey document and added this comment:
I'm concerned that section 3.7 Printing only covers customized text and did
not cover the content that is covered by the American Council for the Blind
at http://acb.org/node/750 as authored by the Council of Citizens with Low
Vision International.
