We are pleased to announce that both the U.S. National Science Foundation
(NSF) and the Semantic Web Science Association (SWSA) have contributed funds
to support participation by full-time students in ISWC 2011. SWSA and NSF
will provide 10,000 € and $20,000 respectively, with NSF funds being
earmarked to support students attending U.S. Universities.

ISWC 2011 will take place in Bonn, Germany. Bonn is a 2000 year old city,
founded by the Romans. It is the hometown of Ludwig van Beethoven and the
capital of Western Germany from 1949 till 1990. Since then, the city has
developed into a hub of international cooperation, particularly in the area
of environment and sustainable development. The conference will be held at
the Hotel Maritim in Bonn.
