Yes, sure. That's one of the thing that we wanted to do, because
probably we'll can extract interesting conclusions from our logs.

We don't want the form become more complex. Another thing is that we
estimate that most of the people will validate just a single URI, so
they'll get the link to PTSW as part of the report.
