So I gather you mean: Use 
http://viaf.org/viaf/102333412/#skos:Concept
when you're referring to the skos:Concept of Jane Austen
and
http://viaf.org/viaf/102333412/#foaf:Person
when you're referring to the foaf:Person Jane Austen
