do you read Annotation-WG mailinglists and minutes? they are definitely aware of LDP and thinking of how it may fit in. your LDP Container could contain named-graphs, which have the arbitrary-triples whose subject-URIs are not on your server? http://www.w3.org/2015/01/28-annotation-minutes.html
