I rewrote the script.js file today, so that we get better support for
switching between languages in jlreq.

Because of the different styles used for the ja and en versions of jlreq
in the past, and because the latest document styles add some new
boilerplate text, some of the text in the Japanese view is still in English.

*Please could someone provide me with translations for the following text?*

This document was developed by participants in the Japanese Layout Task
Force, with input from four W3C Working Groups, CSS,
Internationalization Core, SVG and XSL.

The document was originally authored in Japanese, then translated to
English under the guidance of the Japanese authors. In order to reach
the largest international audience, the W3C works in English, so this
English version of the document is the authoritative version. However,
the Japanese version of this document is also available.
