Folks, because neither Chris nor I can travel to Vancouver for IETF 84
and we have been unable to figure out how to run an in-person meeting
without the chairs present, I have reluctantly concluded that we will
need to cancel our scheduled session for the IRI WG at IETF 84. However,
that doesn't mean we can't make further progress toward completing our
deliverables (e.g., I know that Larry and Martin will meet virtually
tomorrow to work through open issues on 3987bis). In particular, if
working group participants who will be in Vancouver wish to meet
informally to discuss topics related to IRIs, I would certainly not
discourage them!

Peter, as chair
