Meeting time survey for IndieUI

A short survey about meeting times for the IndieUI Working group is
available:

We are investigating whether other meeting times work better or whether
rotating times will allow us to get teleconference participation from a
larger set of the membership at least some of the time. Please let us
know your scheduling availabilities.
