The way to find i18n articles for translation is to go to this page:

https://www.w3.org/International/articlelist

and click on the language you are interested in (in your case, French) 
in the top right corner.

You'll then see the same list of articles, but wherever a translation 
exists the title will be in French.  Where the title is in English, no 
translation is yet available.

There may be some articles currently out for translation.  They aren't 
marked there, but can be found at

https://github.com/w3c/i18n-drafts/projects/2

but you should always ask me before starting a translation, and i'll 
check that, amongst other things.
