Just one note why use "id" in "id values" rather than "identifiers"? We use "identifiers everywhere else in that BP.

The other changes look fine.

I think that is the point: You can't if part of the text in in CDATA and not the other: one must remain as-it (in CDATA) the other
must be escaped.
