Thanks for the propsed additional validation method you described.

We should discuss it at the coming teleconferences and see if it
could/should be made part of the specifications.

You were also asking for examples. There are two main list of files with
ITS markup; the examples of the specification, and the test suite. Some
are the same files. I have attached two zip files corresponding to the
two sets.
