Terminology data category - Suggestion to brush up work

Hi Yves, Felix and everyone,

Thanks a bunch for your constructive feedback related to the terminology
data category (http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=2877) which
was assigned to me. From what I can see, all of the issues I stumbled
across have been addressed/clarified by your comments. Since the updated
ITS mechanisms furthermore allow to map an alternative term-related
linking vocabulary like TBX Link, I would suggest to consider the
conceptual work on this data category as being complete. What now
remains to be done is to update the spec accordingly, and possibly
include something in the techniques document.
