I've updated ITS main page to reflect the re-ordering of the work items:

As you can see there are 13 items that (I believe) are close to be ready to move to Working Draft status. Please, concentrate on

Some like R002 ("Span-like element"), R012 ("Indicator of translatibility", or R014 ("Limited Impact") are pretty basic requirements
that we should get in our First Working Draft.
