Boilerplate text for bottom of FAQs, etc. seeking feedback

	Per our 16 march telecon, the idea was floated to add something
like the following to the bottom of all our FAQs, articles, etc. to
elicit from our existing user base either content questions or GEO Web
site issues. It could be placed after the author and date information
and above the copyright statement, with a mailto: link to us, as
illustrated below.
