"document processing language" -> "text processing language"

Dear GEOers,

I just had a look at
http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-http-and-lang,
where the term "document processing language". It sounds to
me as if it where better to change this to "text processing
language". My guess is that this is closer to the meaning
that you actually indend, and produces less confusing
(i.e. not letting people think that it has to be the language
of a whole document).
