Thanks everyone. Fixed XML, added SBCS, DBCS, MBCS, diacritic. Added an "editorial section" at the top to retain questions, suggestions that need decisions- the first is whether we want to document the unicode control characters. I should remove HTTP Header, and turn that into a question needing a decision as well. The definitions are off the cuff and need work. tex
