Rewrites of bidi materials

Folks, but especially Aharon and Mati,

In August I started updating the main tutorial and article we have about 
bidi in HTML to include the recent additions to HTML5.

I also pulled the details out of the current tutorial into articles (as 
for language and encoding resources before).

I have some early drafts here, and would appreciate any comments 
(especially, of course, on the section called "Handling content whose 
direction is not known in advance" at
