  Character sets & encodings in XHTML, HTML and CSS
  http://www.w3.org/International/tutorials/tutorial-char-enc/

 - created blog posts for all 47 GEO articles under /International - in line with tutorials, talks, etc - should significantly reduce effort and help ensure the list is kept up to date
  http://www.w3.org/blog/International?cat=33
 replaces http://www.w3.org/International/articles/

 - checked and posted 3 new Polish translations:
