"IDNs, do they work" document

Richard: we already talked about that
... the situation is: if your language preference is latin-based,
you can have any character from latin characters sets
... if you have an arabic language setting, it works script based.

"Charmod C064 considered unclear" countdown

   Francois: one week left

Work on Japanese Layout update

     [23]
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/member-i18n-core/2007Feb/0006.html

Felix: general question: should the task force operate in member
   space or in public?

Francois: should be public if possibly
... if the participating WGs have a non-public way of working it
   could be an issue
... IMO it should be as public as possible
... on participation information (who participates), I don't care
   about making it public
... without mail addresses (because of spam)
... documents should be as public as possible
... I will reply to your message

Richard: can't see why it should not be public

(discussion, agreement that the document should be public)
