More than that -- it would mean that when the user navigated, in the 
IFRAME, from lemonde.fr to aljazeera.net, it would still be marked as 
being in US English, despite the fact that it quite clearly isn't English.

(Neither lemonde.fr not aljazeera.net give lang attributes.)
