I am, from the viewpoint on how to conclude in serialization issues
and other issues that does not concern RDF, but does concern regular
developers like myself who are new to RDF.

Perhaps. What I tried to assess was the importance of RDF from a
design guideline point of view. I guess that message was lost, and I'm
glad we're now more on the same page.
