The Chairs will discuss your request tomorrow. In the meantime, is there anything in the original Change Proposal as modified by the Decision that was not properly applied? Note that the WG Decision, and the Change Proposal it cites, is authoritative. Anyone's interpretation of the Decision is unofficial, even if reviewed by one of the Chairs (e.g. your text as reviewed by Sam, or Ian's list of items as reviewed by me).

I'm asking this because I don't see any references to the Decision or the original Change Proposal below.

The Chairs will certainly check that the spec changes are actually in accordance with the decision before we close the issue.
