Hi all
a while back i filed a bug "provide an inline link in the canvas section to
the 2d context spec" http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=9135

which was marked fixed and a change made to the spec:
http://html5.org/tools/web-apps-tracker?from=4928&to=4929

When I was reading through the spec today i realized the link had been
removed and apparently replaced with

these links X 4 WHATWG Wiki CanvasContexts
page<http://wiki.whatwg.org/wiki/CanvasContexts>.
[WHATWGWIKI] <http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec/references.html#refsWHATWGWIKI>

the WHATWG Wiki CanvasContexts
page<http://wiki.whatwg.org/wiki/CanvasContexts>
points to :

 "2d
 Specification:
http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/complete/the-canvas-element.html#canvas-context-2d
"
So instead of having a direct reference to
http://dev.w3.org/html5/2dcontext/ we know have links to the whatwg wiki
which then points to the what wg complete document.

I find this both confusing and unecessary. I would re-open the bug, but why
bother as it will lead, as usual to being jerked around.
