The current status is that we have a change proposal: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2010Oct/0268.html http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2010Oct/0269.html At this time, the chairs are requesting counter proposals. If no counter proposals are received by November 21th, we will proceed with a call for consensus on the proposal. - Sam Ruby
