Current status is that we have had a call for proposals: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2010Sep/0182.html We received a null change proposal: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2010Sep/0182.html And we have received an indication that the original proposer does not have the time to pursue this: http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=9077#c8 If there are no objections, we will close ISSUE-122 on October 28th. - Sam Ruby
