Why is codecs not a DOMStringList or some such?


Also, can FormatData maybe be named MediaFileData? Currently it looks very  
similar to FormData (to me anyway) which is very different and overall  
using a common prefix seems sensible.


width/height should be clarified whether they are about CSS pixels or  
device pixels. They should probably be CSS pixels. It should probably say  
something like "width returns the intrinsic width of the image in CSS  
pixels"...
