RESOLUTION: While the HTML-A11Y Task Force prefers the proposal that
restores longdesc without warning we are prepared to accept the
alternative proposal at

to produce a warning (assuming we can agree to warning text)

b) HTML-A11Y Task Force Recommendation: ISSUE-66 image-analysis

RESOLUTION: The HTML-A11Y Task Force supports the change proposal to
remove the image heuristics paragraph from the img Element Section of
the HTML specification as detailed at:
