Value of HTMLElement::id when no id="" attribute is present

Hello WG.

Is it defined what value is returned when getting HTMLElement::id when
no id="" attribute is present on the element?  I can’t find any wording
in the “Reflecting content attributes in DOM attributes” section that
handles this case.
