I expect this to be a full agenda this week, accordingly I'd like to
suggest that we order items in the following order:

Updates from Lachlan Hunt on the following actions:
   103: Register about: URI scheme
34: Prepare "Web Dev Guide to HTML5" for publication
    78: Relationship to proprietary languages

Updates from Mike Smith on the following actions:
115: Set up WBS for HTML WG participants to @@ reTPAC 2009

Discuss Ian's request for publishing HTML 5. I note that Anne has
volunteered to produce change notes next week.

[[ any other matters that may be brought up that seem like they can be
resolved quickly ]]

Updates from Sam Ruby on the following actions:
32: how to provide a summary of a table for unsighted navigation?
54: head/@profile missing, but used in other specifications/formats
105: meeting between chairs of HTML WG and XHTML2 WG

Given the nature of the above discussions, it might also make sense to
include an update from Chris Wilson on the following action:
97: propose decentralized extensibility strategy for HTML5
