beforeprint / afterprint

The recent change to the specification introduced two events  
"onbeforeprint" and "onafterprint". I believe these should be called  
"beforeprint" and "afterprint" instead. The event handler DOM attributes,  
however, should be called "onbeforeprint" and "onafterprint".
