That's a bug indeed, similar but not exactly equivalent to
http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=5987

I'll look into it very soon.
In the meantime if you have a few minutes to enter the bug in  
bugzilla, that would be much appreciated.
