Typo in description of <li value="xx">

The description of the value attribute of <li> says:

"The value  attribute, if present, must be a valid integer giving the 
ordinal value of the first list item."


Shouldn't "first" be removed here? It looks as too much copy-paste from 
the description of <ol start="xx">.
