[html5] "draggable" attribute renaming?

I couldn't find the discussion on that attribute so quickly, but might not "movable" be a better name for the "draggable" attribute [1], imagining element move by keyboard, for example?

(I don't want to broach a cask again since I can imagine some reasons for that attribute's name, but "movable" seemed to me more "appropriate" [...])
