area_noref.xhtml
Correct. A more useful thing to test would be the combination of a href
and a nohref attribute. Also, please fix the title and rename the file
to say nohref instead of noref.

body_link.xhtml
body_text_00ffff.xhtml
Correct. These should be clearly marked as optional, though. Also, a
reftest would be preferable.

colgroup_valign_bottom.xhtml
colgroup_valign_top.xhtml
Rejected. There are no requirements in the specification about
colgroup@valign.

html_style_in_comment.xhtml
Correct. Again, I'd prefer a reftest.

img_border_percent.xhtml
object_border_perc.xhtml
object_border_pixel.xhtml
Rather than comparing to blue-border.png, it would be better to compare
to |<img src="../images/blue.png" border="50" alt="Blue Box Image"/>|.
Again, this is an obvious reftest candidate.
