Thank you very much for creating a specification [1] to define a
longdesc attribute for HTML5.

Accessibility Task Force list only allows members to post to
public-html-a11y@w3.org . You may want consider changing the address
in the spec to encourage public feedback.

It is my sincere hope that the HTML5 leadership does not set up
further process impediments delaying HTML ISSUE-30 [2] further.
