I don't think "bookmark" is the right @rel, nor do I think it's
necessary to use the link element:

1) The link element "allows authors to link their document to _other
resources_." (emphasis mine)

2) A user agent could easily scan a document for elements with advisory
titles or other features without the benefit of the link elements.

3) "bookmark" indicates a permalink, which your examples aren't.
