Mapping in-band MPEG-2 TS tracks to HTML5

This page proposes a mechanism for how tracks in an in-band MPEG-2 TS should be
exposed in HTML5 so script can identify the tracks. It is also proposed that
this approach could be applicable to other container formats such as WebM and
Ogg.
