I meant that the document is very likely to be rewritten "from scratch". Most
important, the current system of categorization may change significantly.
Instead of making normative reference to the document whose contents aren't
exactly known, you could better declare their use; however, when there is some
consensus within the IETF on what should the 'about' URI scheme spec be, we'll
fit HTML-used URIs to such document (or vice versa).
