Actually, never mind on the Tracker Issue, unless someone else wants to pursue.

I don't have any faith in the HTML WG Decision Process system. Note, though,
that I will most likely formally object to the inclusion of Microdata in your
document when you progress to the next stage of publication. That is the only
option I have now.
