CfC: to publish a “HTML Polyglot" heartbeat Working Draft

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish the following heartbeat [1] “HTML Polyglot” Working Draft:

Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged. If there are no objections by Monday Oct 14, this resolution will carry.



The Chairs note that we decided to resolve the bulk of the technical bugs in the HTML Polyglot specification before we proceed with a decision on whether the specification should progress to Candidate Recommendation status.  This was discussed at the Nov 2012 F2F meeting and at that time the decision was made to first resolve the outstanding technical bugs and then to consider the normativity of this document [2].  This heartbeat document attempts to accomplish the first step in this process.
