Call for Editors for DOM4

The revised HTML WG charter [1] puts the DOM4 spec in scope of the HTML WG:



                In addition, the HTML Working Group will complete the work on the DOM4<http://www.w3.org/TR/domcore/> specification.



If you are interested in performing the role of editor or co-editor for the DOM4 Recommendation-track specification, please privately contact the Chairs. The Chairs will only appoint candidates that in our judgment will handle these powers responsibly. The Chairs may also be contacting some people directly.



This Call for Editors closes on Friday Oct 11.  If anyone needs an extension to this deadline to get support for their candidacy we encourage you to privately contact the Chairs with an offer that clarifies your situation.  The Chairs reserve the right to appoint one or more Editors at any time after Fri Oct 11.
