Adding the "a11y" keyword as the outcome of this bug will affect "HTML5:
Techniques for providing useful text alternatives" [1] as well as two
Accessibility Task Force Bugs: Webcam Bug-9215 [2] and CAPTCHA Bug-9216 [3].
