  Well, I would certainly recommend that as a general measure. :-) But 4.2 is
the *next* release, not the current one.

  True. Bugzilla 4.2 will have HTML emails that might be easier for a
screen-reader to handle. However, my suggestion was for inbound email, so
people could at least send in comments without having to use the web interface.
